|Recommended: YesGreat Space — We love the unit - it's very spacious and beautiful. Our only issues are the size of the showers - they're very small and the noise within the unit - the dishwasher is super loud, we can hear the washer sounds like its coming through the ceiling sometimes on the third floor and things like that.
We love the staff and the amenities are wonderful. It's really nice that even though these are townhomes, they're not connected to the neighbors, so you don't hear noise between units. We would definitely recommend others to live here, but it would have been nice if there were pictures instead of basic floor plans since we moved out of state and couldn't come visit before.

|Recommended: NoDon’t Plan On Breathing If You Want To Leave Here — You have to walk on eggshells to avoid getting an email sent out everyday about what they enforcing. The management needs to relax.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property — I love the location of these town homes. It's right across from the trail and the river. The staff is very responsive. The units are well done, however, the a c units inside are VERY loud. That is my biggest complaint. There isn't a lot of storage, so we are using the garage for storage and the cars are on the street. Seems to be the case with almost everyone, since the street is packed every night. Love the amenities. Very happy here so far.
